FOB Shipping Policy:
Shipping Terms: FOB Origin (Bennett to the Trade Warehouse)
All shipments from Bennett to the Trade are made under FOB Origin terms. This means that:
- Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the goods leave our warehouse.
- Bennett to the Trade is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay that occurs during transit.
- The buyer is responsible for freight charges, insurance, and claims with the carrier.
- We will assist in providing documentation or support for claims, but we do not assume liability once the shipment has departed from our facility.
Carrier Selection and Scheduling
- Buyers may choose their preferred carrier or request that we arrange shipping on their behalf.
- If we arrange shipping, it is done as a courtesy and does not alter the FOB terms or transfer of liability.
Inspection and Acceptance
- Buyers are encouraged to inspect goods upon arrival and report any issues directly to the carrier.
- Any discrepancies or damages must be documented and filed with the carrier in accordance with their claims process.

*Bennett to the Trade does not have in-house packaging capabilities.
*If you choose the pack + ship option, you must use a Third Party Service for packaging. We can help set that up via W Design Services.
