You can find us in our Knoxville, TN location year-round or in our High Point Showroom (during High Point Market dates). We are also located in other showrooms around the US and other countries, please contact us directly to forward you to the closest location or check out our store locator map.

Where is your furniture manufactured?

All our furniture is hand built, and hand finished in Italy.

Where do the items ship from?

All items ship from Italy to our Knoxville, TN location.

How often do you add items to your inventory?

Where do you deliver?

All shipments from Bennett to the Trade are made under FOB Origin terms. In Italy we deliver to Knoxville at no cost, for the rest of the Country we can help you to quote the shipping. See the shipping section for more details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept wire transfers, checks and credit card payments through our payment gateway and Shopify.

Do you have an inventory list of items to be delivered in a short lead time?

Yes! On our website, we have the following sections:

  • New & Immediately Available (transit time)
  • Coming Soon (2-4 weeks + transit time)
  • At the Finisher Section (8-12 weeks + transit time)

How can I find pricing of your products?

How do I report damaged or defective product?

You need to send us an email describing the defect, images of the complaint and information on the order (BOL).

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns.

We offer 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
